Krishvi BVL Statura is registered by BVL Estate Pvt. Ltd., an associated company, with Krishvi Projects Private Limited named as its contractor.
The three registrations show the range of what the group builds. 11 Campbell Krishvi is a boutique building of 11 homes, every one of them a 3 BHK. Krishvi BVL Statura is a high-rise of 176 homes. Krishvi E-Villas is a plotted layout of 42 sites. Krishvi Prana Hennur, at 152 homes in one low-rise building of ground plus four floors (G+4), sits between them in scale: close to Statura in home count, but in a building of five residential levels rather than a tower.
Each registration can be looked up by its number on the K-RERA website. The questions to put to the developer about its record are gathered on the reviews page.
The Company's Own List of Work
Krishvi Prana Hennur follows a longer list of earlier work that Krishvi publishes itself, most of it from before the Karnataka RERA register began. The names, places and scales below are the company's own descriptions of those projects.
| Project | Where, in Krishvi's words | Scale, in Krishvi's words |
|---|---|---|
| Archive | Defence Colony | 6 apartments |
| Stonebridge | Rajanukunte, Yelahanka | 72 villa plots |
| Vivaz | Indiranagar | 3 homes |
| Signature | Panathur | Plots |
| Wisteria | Brookefields, Whitefield | 96 apartments |
| Deesha | Lavelle Road | 5 homes |
| Dhavala | Bellandur, ORR | 176 apartments |

| Orange Tree | Brookefields, Whitefield | 32 row houses |
| Aspire | Indiranagar | Commercial space |
| Tierra | Defence Colony, Indiranagar | 3 triplex villas |

Read together, the company's descriptions show two strands of work. One is small buildings of three to twenty homes in Indiranagar and Defence Colony, and five homes on Lavelle Road. The other is larger communities in the east of the city, from Wisteria's 96 apartments in Brookefields and Dhavala's 176 apartments in Bellandur to Gavakshi's 304 villaments at Panathur. Krishvi Prana Hennur brings the group to Hennur-Bagalur Road with a low-rise building of 152 homes.
The Hennur and HBR Announcement
Krishvi Group's announced upcoming projects in Bengaluru are in the north of the city. In August 2026, the group announced that it would invest ₹760 crore across three residential developments in Bengaluru, located in Hennur and HBR Layout, with about seven lakh sq ft across 6.5 acres and a gross development value it put at about ₹1,050 crore.
The announcement said the Hennur projects would be executed through outright acquisition, while HBR Lakeside Residences would be developed as a joint development project. Krishvi lists the HBR project as launching soon.
| Announced in August 2026 | As the group stated it |
|---|---|
| Developments | Three residential developments in Bengaluru |
| Locations | Hennur and HBR Layout, North Bengaluru |
| Investment | ₹760 crore |
| Gross development value | About ₹1,050 crore |

These figures describe the group's pipeline as a whole. None of them is a figure for Krishvi Prana Hennur, whose own cleared plan is 152 homes on 2.45 acres in one building of two basements, ground and four upper floors.
The Land at Krishvi Prana Hennur
Krishvi Prana Hennur is planned on 2.45 acres in Byrathi village, off Hennur-Bagalur Road, land converted to residential use in March 2013 and lying in a residential zone of the BDA's Revised Master Plan 2015.
The land was bought outright by sale deed on 1 December 2025, not taken on a joint development. Krishvi Projects Private Limited holds the environmental clearance and is the company behind the project. That clearance, dated 6 June 2026, fixes the plan, so any expansion or change would need a fresh one.

In the Company's Words
Krishvi Group presents its Hennur project under a campaign it calls Remember Bangalore, and one of the campaign's teaser lines asks: "What if home could help you breathe again?" The theme carries into Krishvi Prana Hennur's plan, from the wellness studio and the Wellness & Longevity Centre among its planned amenities to about a third of the land landscaped and 124 trees of native species to be planted.
The company's home page sets out three design principles, Light Before Luxury, Spatial Honesty and Material Integrity, and a way of working that moves from site reading and design intent to material selection and craft delivery. It describes itself as a developer that puts architecture before sales. Buyers can weigh those words against the plan itself: the master plan page shows the cleared layout, and the floor plans page sets out the homes floor by floor.
